This exclusive property is a new, modern, elegant, 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, unique villa located in a 7000 sq ft (6500m) of indoor/outdoor living, just a few miles away from the white-sand idyllic beaches. Karma Nosara will comfortably accommodate up to 19 people, a great spot for a group of friends or family, where you will enjoy a well-deserved retreat or the best surf/yoga sessions in your life.

Karma Nosara has two levels-Nirvana (Upper) and Oasis (Main). They can be rented separately or together for a large group, sleeping up to 19 guests combined.

Surrounding Nosara

Nosara is a village and a district on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula. It is known for yoga, surfing and beautiful Pacific beaches. Playa Pelada has a reef just offshore and a tidal blowhole. SIBU Sanctuary rescues and rehabilitates animals like coatimundi and white-faced monkeys. Just north, the beach at Ostional Wildlife Refuge is a nesting site for olive ridley turtles. In Nosara, surfers can find the most consistent waves of Costa Rica.

Just out the front door and down the street you’ll find a short drive or bike ride to a large selection of restaurants and shops. Three pristine beaches around such as Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, and Nosara Beach. Adventures such as zip-lining, white water rafting, horseback riding, and deep sea fishing are also available.
