Liberia Airport is the nearest international airport to Karma Nosara; and it is a scenic 2.5-hour drive to Nosara and Playa Guiones. The journey from San Jose airport takes about 5-hours, and it is a great way to see many parts of Costa Rica.

Several rental car companies are available at the airport.

FLIGHT

If you’re flying into San José and aren’t up for the adventurous drive, you could always take a small plane directly to the airstrip in Nosara. Nature Air offers daily flights starting at $80 (USD) that will get you there in less than an hour.

Local car rental or from the airport is the easiest or even renting local ATV’s.

If someone is calling you in Costa Rica from the US/Canada, they just dial your US/Canada area code and your number; no international access code needed. You can contact your provider about adding a travel package to your existing plan, most will provide you with talk, text and data allowances for a daily fee.
